The third oldest credit union in the United States, Jeanne D'Arc was born from the Industrial Revolution that took place in Lowell, Massachusetts at the turn of the 20th century. We transitioned them from anonymous JDCU to the powerful Jeanne D'Arc and introduced their core value proposition, "we share a common thread," which is unique to their Industrial Revolution roots and the communities they serve.

Previously known as Kennedy Space Center Federal Credit Union, we shepherded the organization through a new name and brand position heralding its historic roots. Launch FCU serves the Space Coast of Florida in Volusia and Brevard counties and has experienced growth through strategic mergers.

Salem Seaport Credit Union

Previously Seaport Credit Union, Salem Seaport was a one-branch credit union occupying a faceless, non-descript building on a very busy street in Salem, Massachusetts. By providing them with a more upscale name and adding visual appeal to the branch, we gave the credit union a more boutique feel. With the addition of the strong brand positioning statement we created, "On The Right Course," the credit union gained notoriety and became a well-recognized and highly respected local business.

On The Grid Financial

Previously Georgia Power Federal Credit Union, On The Grid Financial has a Trade/Industry/Profession charter that only serves members of the electric utility industry in 11 southeastern states. We crafted the positioning statement, "Right Down The Line" to connect a membership comprising of mainline power line workers and to let them know the credit union will be there for them throughout their various life stages.

Mills42 Federal Credit Union

The hardest working $17 million credit union that anyone has ever seen, Mills42 is run by a very young team of highly passionate credit union advocates. Previously M/A-COM Federal Credit Union, Mills42 has established a niche market in Lowell, Massachusetts where they primarily exist to serve the underserved. Their new name give a nostalgic tilt of the hat toward the historic mills of Lowell, Massachusetts, while the brand positioning we created for them, "Build From Here" speaks of the renaissance that is occurring there and how members can realize their financial goals by building on their successes.

Innovations Federal Credit Union

Formerly known as U.S. Navy Mine Countermeasures Station Federal Credit Union, the credit union has grown beyond its military origins to become one of the most progressive and fun credit unions in the Bay County area of Florida. We crafted the Innovations name and the brand positioning line "Spark Change" to play up the credit union's unique attitude toward making banking more fun.

Heritage Grove Federal Credit Union

Previously known as Oregon Employees Federal Credit Union, Heritage Grove opened their charter in 2004 to a three-county area surrounding Salem, Oregon to better serve the communities. The Heritage Grove name we created for them comes from a group of historically recognized trees that provided protection and shelter for the natives who originally settled there. The "Stand Tall" brand positioning works with the tree theme while providing members with the incentive to keep their heads high, even in difficult financial times. There is strength in standing together and standing tall.

Keesler Federal Credit Union

Headquartered in Gulfport, Mississippi, the credit union was originally chartered to serve Keesler Air Force Base. It still serves the base, Royal Air Force Bases in the United Kingdom and a four-county area around their home office. The brand positioning line we crafted for them, "Important to you. Important to us." is a promise that they take very seriously when assisting their members' needs.

Alabama Teachers CU

Previously known as Etowa Teachers Credit Union, the organization changed from a SEG charter to a community charter in 2001 and now serves a five-county area in central Alabama. The brand positioning line we developed, "Learn. Together" reminds members that we are all teachers, with something to share and learn with everyone around us.

Bronco FCU

Headquartered in Franklin, Virginia, Bronco is named after a signature paper made at the mill where the credit union was chartered in 1941. Today they serve a two-county area in Southeastern Virginia, as well six surrounding cities. We created the brand positioning line "Welcome Home" to signify the close communities ties the credit union has and the neighborly way they treat their members.

Members Cooperative is the largest credit union in Northern Minnesota, serving 12 counties following their merger with Lake State Credit Union in 2015. Our brand positioning line, "The Strength of ME," relates to the rugged and fun-loving lifestyle of their members and how the credit union can assist them in achieving their financial dreams and goals.
