Connecting credit union brands with their purpose.

Every credit union is on its own journey to fulfill the promise of people helping people. The challenge is having the most truthful insights and methods to set yourself on the path to realizing your potential. That’s where we come in. At Raoust+Partners, we forge a bond between your brand and your purpose through our Full Contact approach.

The Full Contact approach

What’s Full Contact? It’s a no-holds barred, holistic approach to credit union marketing. We leverage every facet of your credit union’s history, culture, community, membership, staff, products, services—the whole shebang—to drive results.
At the core

Your brand’s purpose

1

Brand Assessment

Using your business goals and strategic plan as guides for our in-depth assessment, we’ll delve into your brand’s DNA and assemble the strongest strands on which to build a new you: a purpose-driven credit union brand with a newfound sense of self and a reinvigorated passion for its members.
2

Building the Brand Foundation

We explore, identify and refine your distinctiveness. This strategy of defining where you want and need to exist in the mind of your target audience is called Brand Positioning–and it's vital to your marketing strategy. Developing your personalized stance in the marketplace may seem obvious, but without understanding its significance, it’s easy to make the mistake of dismissing its value, thereby skipping vital steps before choosing colors and a logo.
3

Strategic Marketing

Where strategy and execution meld as one, that’s where you’ll find us. We couple targeting data with predictive and artificial intelligence to drive award-winning creative that increases your bottom line and drives member engagement. It’s form meets function meets "Holy cow, I had no idea we could get results like this."
4

Analyze + Optimize

We mine first-party, third-party and verified offline data, and then use our findings to inform creative and strategies tailored to your brand’s value proposition and your members’ needs. We offer a full suite of high impact ad formats via custom and turn-key approaches to effectively pinpoint prospects. Plus, our customized reports are incredibly insightful (and quite pretty, if we do say so ourselves).

Here's why we advocate Brand Positioning:

  • It helps break through the internet noise
  • It creates market differentiation
  • It connects people to you, making it easier to grow relationships
  • It enables you to communicate your value
  • It directs your messaging, storytelling and copy
  • It makes your design more intuitive
  • It justifies product pricing strategies

Engaging on three fronts

Before we ever start to interface with your members as part of a brand strategy, we first engage your Board of Directors and your employees to grasp the inner culture of your credit union. We also dissect your credit union's codified business objectives and internal strategies.
Board Ready
Board members are more than volunteers; they are stakeholders too! No change ever takes place without their buy-in and blessing. We engage the board with frank and open discussions about their appetite for managed growth and long-term change.
Employee Response
Each employee is ultimately a brand ambassador and impacts the success or failure of a brand's evolution. So we engage senior management, middle management, frontline staff, backroom staff and call centers in interviews to understand the culture.
Strategic Plan
We ask for your credit union's Strategic Plan so we can understand management's long- and short-term business goals. We explore what needs to change or stay in place to meet those goals, and find new objectives to hone the credit union's mission to a fine point.
Engagement

Your members are speaking. Are you listening?

Tap into the mind of your members to fuel ROI with feedback loops, focus groups and digital data mining. We use the science of human behavior and action-based metrics to understand and grow your membership and marketing contributions.
Growth Strategy

There's greatness in you.

We'll help bring it to light by taking a deep dive into your credit union. Our process uncovers your unique, compelling value proposition to drive brand preference and generate member engagement at all levels. Like you, we believe in people helping people. We're here to lend a hand.
