When Innovations Federal Credit Union came to us back in 2007, they were in search of a new identity. At around $110 million in assets, Innovations was struggling to be relevant and stand out in the marketplace.
Their brand was getting lost in the sea of other financial institutions vying for the spotlight. Their CEO, David Southall, knew they could be something bigger and better—something that would embody their unique level of member experience.
Raoust+Partners soaked up Innovations’ energetic, youthful Florida-based culture and target audience and used this data to transform their dated look into a new, design-focused brand. And, we developed every facet of that brand from the ground up.
From tone to color palette, and brand book to internal communications, we helped Innovations feel at home in their own clothes. Producing all assets in-house at Raoust+Partners, we ensured the new brand was consistent at every touch point.
For over 12 years, we’ve brilliantly partnered with Innovations—as marketing strategists, design gurus, web masters, media planners and analytics interpreters. They’ve come to depend on our synergy with and responsiveness to them so much that we were on call 24/7 for weeks following the devastation Hurricane Michael caused throughout Bay County in October 2018. In fact, we were integral in helping them become the first financial institution in their area to get back to business and serving their members post-hurricane.
